A valid U.S. passport is required. Dickson Productions recommends all guests travel with a passport that is valid 6 months beyond the end of the trip. Document requirements may change at any time.
Airfare/Airport shuttle transportation is not provided in your hotel/event package allowing you the freedom to arrange your own transportation using your "points" or other reward programs and/or transportation of choice.
There are many direct flight options throughout the USA. Our hotel is a short distance from the Liberia Airport (Airport Code: LIR).

Airport Shuttles: Amstar is our preferred shuttle and transportation provider. It is your responsibility to arrange and confirm transportation to/from the airport with your shuttle provider; be sure they have the correct hotel name (Hotel RIU Guanacaste - BBF Host Hotel; Hotel RIU Palace is next door). You should have received contact information and timeline from your shuttle provider to confirm your return flight scheduled. Book directly with Amstar HERE
Check the hotel’s daily shuttle schedule for transportation to other areas. Use reputable transportation companies and arrange personal shuttles well in advance, either before arriving or as soon as you arrive onsite.
If going to exclusive restaurants or other off property locations, consider arranging for your shuttle to stay on location while you enjoy your time there. Confirm cost and availability in advance.
Prior to the festival, you will have an opportunity to download our FREE interactive festival app through the App Store or Google Play. This will help you better plan your vacation, including any additional excursions, or just making sure you get quality time on the beach.
Big Beach Fest performance schedules, activities and events will be updated on the app.
An experienced staff (over 40 years of group travel experience) of Dickson Productions representatives will have onsite hospitality desk hours to oversee all operations and to answer any questions. Please refer to VIP Packages FAQ below for more information on Concierge staff for VIP package participants.

A limited number of VIP passes will be made available on a first come, first served basis that will have additional inclusions for an additional fee. More details will be provided via email, Big Beach Fest newsletter or social media. VIP packages will go on sale in March.
VIP upscale package has a variety of inclusions such as your own VIP Concierge, VIP sections at concerts and/or reserved seating, welcome gift, exclusive brunches, gatherings, private shows and more! Details of VIP package and service will be provided in an announcement for the upcoming event.
Big Beach Fest IS Big Cabo Fest but we're taking the same great music and people to another amazing beach location at the new completely renovated RIU Hotel ALL INCLUSIVE luxury resort on the beach. The location features the same great activities and more things to do including sunset cruise, ATV trips, zip lining, sports fishing, bars, and dining of all levels.

While Big Cabo Fest has made an exciting move this year, it’s definitely possible that Big Beach Fest will return to Cabo in the future.
